From January 28 to January 30, 2025, the Conference of Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ElCon) was held at the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI", organized by IEEE.

HPCLab employees visited AvtoVAZ (Tolyatti) for the second time this year and discussed the progress of joint projects with MEPhI in the field of AI. Particular attention was paid to the consideration of intra-plant logistics processes at the largest car assembly plant in Europe. In addition to the complexity of the chains themselves and the gigantic scale of production, the challenge, from the point of view of modeling and optimization, is the need to supply parts "in sync" with the operation of the main car assembly conveyor and auxiliary subassembly lines.

From October 14 to 15, the Russian-Kyrgyz Educational Forum, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and Rossotrudnichestvo, was held at the site of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn. The delegation of NRNU MEPhI took an active part in the Forum.

On September 17-19, 2024, the International Technological Congress 2024 was held at the Patriot Exhibition Center, in which the BigData&AI Laboratory of NRNU MEPhI took part.

From August 12 to 14, the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2024" is being held at the PATRIOT Convention and Exhibition Center (Moscow region, Kubinka).

The design and educational intensive “Archipelago” annually becomes the main event of the year for the launch of new markets, initiatives and industries. This year, the focus of the Archipelago participants (held from July 8 to 21 in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) was on topics related to unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
